howluma uses your team’s published workflows to answer questions and link staff back to the guide. When it can’t find a relevant workflow, it records the question for an admin.

Does patient information go in here?

howluma is for documenting how to use your EHR. Use test patients in recordings and screenshots, and keep patient information out of your workflows.

Do we have to document everything first?

Start with a few tasks your team asks about often. Add more as you go. Unanswered questions help you see where the next guide would be useful.
